Assistance For Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD)

Assistive Devices Program (ADP)

The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care provides substantial funding to eligible clients for a myriad of mobility items (walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, scooters, power wheelchairs, seating, etc.)
Clients are required to undergo a mobility assessment by an Occupational Therapist
SUPERIOR Home Health Care is an authorized ADP vendor in the Province of Ontario

Ceridian Cares Funding

Ceridian Cares supports requests for medical equipment, special therapies, home adjustments for barrier free living etc.
