Char has more than 15 years of experience within the customer service industry, including 10 years within SUPERIOR Home Health Care.

Having successfully led a year-long project that resulted in the opening of our new site in Midland, Char is now returning as Service Manager for SUPERIOR Home Health Care in Barrie.

As Service Manager Char exhibits good judgment in making decisions and she recognizes the importance of her Service team.

Char has strong technical knowledge acquired through various education and training programs and courses.

Char always ensures the highest levels of customer care and satisfaction, and strives to provide the best solution for her team, and the client’s needs for accessibility.

Char is not all work & no play!   Some of her hobbies are playing baseball, darts and spending time with her two grandchildren.
